1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Make it Yours website, client portal, or subscribing to our web design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Subscription & Billing

Web design and client portal services are billed on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annual). Charges are billed in advance to your designated payment method through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with our cancellation policy.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of applicable subscription fees, you retain ownership of your custom brand assets, copy, and media content. Make it Yours retains ownership of platform code, templates, and portal infrastructure.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Make it Yours shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or platform.
